Sproutopia is a client project for Chef Tracy Chang, the award-winning, James Beard nominated top chef (2020, 2024) of Pagu, Roundtable (non-profit), Project Restore Us (food insecurity non-profit), and Off the Plate. Tracy is a client that is passionate about bringing community together through food and hosts multiple block parties. We created an educational interactive game that allows customers to interact see the environmental impact of their choices and potential substitutions that are more environmentally friendly.
